Fundamentals of Business Analysis – Overview

This is 10 Weeks – 49 Hrs. course including a live project that focuses on learning practical analysis skills that can be used in workplace. Our Fundamentals of Business Analysis course is for those who have never received any formal training in BA and wish to make their carrier as BA.

Fundamentals of Business Analysis – Intended Audience

It is suitable as an introduction for anyone moving into the Business Analysis role or for other change management professionals wanting to gain a more in depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of the Business Analyst

Fundamentals of Business Analysis – Course Objective

By the end of the course you will be able to:

Ø  Understand  a Business Analyst role, key responsibilities and relationship with their fellow members

Ø  Work with fellow members to gather and document different types and levels of requirement

Ø  Understand how project approaches and affects BA role

Ø  Break – down complex business scenarios or problems into process

Ø  Validate requirements by producing used cases and assess requirements against defined criteria

Ø  Work with fellow members to develop optimum solutions to defined requirements

Ø  Confidently present findings to business users and their project team
